Gardner-Webb University 59, Liberty University 68

December 7, 2008

I spoke too soon about the dawgs when I said there were on a roll. If you look on the Gardner-Webb Univeristy Athletic Website you see label for the Men’s Basketball team labeled as tired therefore leading them to lose against to Liberty University this afternoon. At the beginning of Halftime from what I saw was the fact that the dawgs had the lead. What happened coach? This is something that should be proclaimed. anyways if you haven’t notice the bulldogs lost by fifteen points this afternoon to the liberty flames. came out shooting darts in the early going, going up 29-20 with 7:10 to play before halftime and then the laziness, I mean tiredness settled in cause the dawgs to have lousy shooting and the flames to excel gain and eventually bypass the dawgs.

But I can understand that they are tired and they have had a road trip to Radford and now Liberty and then next week Witchia state then Western Carolina. Goo Luck dawgs and hope that everything goes well.

Gardner-Webb 91, Radford University 71

December 6, 2008

The Bulldogs are on a roll. I am quiet surprised for this outcome. I am not a bulldogs hater, I just thought the bulldogs were heading for the  tubes after losing 4 games straight. It could have been the fact that the previous teams weren’t in the Big South Conference and Radford University. But radford was 2-3 before this game. Alas, this maybe a positive for the bulldogs knowing that they can work harder, and they have to trust in themselves. Not just the leading point scorers, we have to be chill. Now that the bulldogs in the conference are now 1-0 they have a lot to prove to not only the school but to the conference. Don’t let us down dawgs.

As I write this The bulldogs are playing Liberty Univeristy in the second half down by two… I will get you the final score at the end of the half.

Unitl then

Carolina 98, Michigan State 63

December 4, 2008

Well it was almost a 100 point game for the Carolina Tarheels, but they came, they saw, and they conquered! It was a marvelous game for the Tarheels.(I didn’t notice until I finish studying for my exams) But the tarheels got through all of the plays with precison and little to none effort. They are amazing. Tyler Hansbrough had an amazing double double with 25 points and 11 rebounds. Ty Lawson had 17 points and 2 rebounds throughout the entire night!

The Next Game is  December 13th at home against Oral Roberts… Yes I know it will be after my semester but I will continue to write and support my TARHEELS!

Until Next Time Stay fly

It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year!

December 2, 2008

I do mean what I say in the title…It is the most wonderful time of the year! FINALS (you really didn’t think I was going to talk about Christmas, HA)! I love watching those who think they are smart make a fool of themselves by not studying and practically failing the class. Not Me. So far this week I have been staying up into the late hours working on all of my classes, making sure I know what I am doing! That’s dedication. I can rest when I go home, to my own bed and be with my friends. I can party when I am in Wilmington (the real party capital of N. Carolina)

With the end of the Semester comes a new question that I must answer. What to o about this blog. I was never a huge blogger before my  Digital Media class but now, I can’t say that I am a pro at it, or that I will be able to keep up with it while I am home. But I can try. No harm in trying and keeping you the faithful reader interested with what I have to say! Until then, I will keep posting Carolina(and GWU) basketball scores and put up some recommendations about my favorite songs and bands!

Until Next Time….Stay Fly

Carolina 116, University of North Carolina-Asheville 48

December 1, 2008

Coach Williams took Tyler Hansbrough out as a percatuion before tonight’s game before UNC-Asheville, but that that wouldn’t have matter for the tarheels the score at the end of the 1st half was 19-53. The tarheels are playing like a team ready for the natinal championships. They must be making up for the lost against Kansas in the final four earlier this year.

The game has ended and in case you haven’t notice. It wasn’t even a GAME! It was a practice run for the heels. It was a good game trust me, i watched it online. yet Ty Lawson was the star of the show with 22 points.

Carolina goes back on the road to play Michigan State.

Until then….Stay Fly
